WELCOME BACK EVERYONE!  We hope you had a good Christmas and New Year and are in fine voice for a very term with more concerts planned than ever before.  Watch this space for more information that will come later but just to say that the Olympics might just feature!!!

RSSE and SYSE  start back on Wednesday 11th January.

RSSW and SYSW start back on Thursday 12th January.  Full dates for this term are given in REHEARSALS.

Ready Steady Sing West and Southampton Young Singers West  takes place on  Thursdays 4-5pm at Foundry Lane Primary School.   Foundry Lane Primary School are very generous and allow parents to wait in the canteen area during rehearsals.

Ready Steady Sing East and Southampton Young Singers East now take place on  Wednesdays 3.45-4.45pm at St. Monica Junior School.  

Ready Steady Sing is for children in school years 1-4 and Southampton Young Singers is for children in school years 5-8.  

Although the choirs will be rehearsing in separate rooms having them  on the same site and at the same timewill enable us to combine for joint rehearsals and concerts a lot easier.  A full list of rehearsal dates are listed in the rehearsal section.  We look forward to seeing you back and this is a great time to bring a friend along or a brother or sister.  ALL choir members old and new will need to complete a new choir data sheet. Please feel free to download one from this site and bring it completed to the first rehearsal.  We are looking forward to some new exciting performance opportunitites for 2011-12.

They cost £3.50. Shirts will be on sale before and after rehearsals. Please bring a cheque made out to Southampton City Council.

Everyone will need a t-shirt for all performances.
